DYED WASTE WATER
Dyed effluent water accounts for the severe environmental problem in textile manufacturing and affects the quality of natural water bodies surrounded by, in-turn affecting eco-system as a whole.
In our factory, With Latest Reverse Osmosis (RO) technology combined with biological pre-treatment plant, we recycle and re-use the waste dyed effluent of about 90% and evaporate the residue 10% which will be crystallized as a salt and re-used.
Solar Power Utilization
- We have installed solar panels to support our in-house energy needs.
- A significant portion of our daily power consumption is met through clean, renewable solar energy.
- This initiative helps reduce our carbon footprint and supports our goal of sustainable manufacturing.
Product Sustainability
Eco-Friendly Intra-Plant Transportation
To support our commitment to sustainability and operational efficiency, we use electric bikes (E-Bikes) for shifting materials and finished goods between our production units and warehouses.
Packaging
We use inlay / tag cards and other packing materials made of recycled craft paper.
Recycled Fibers
In Cotton filling we reuse fabric end bit / cutting waste and in polyester filling we reuse pet bottle waste to oeko-tex certified polyester fibre.
Save energy
As a part of greener future program, we are changing to use LED lights instead of conventional fluorescent lights to ensure Non-toxic, 100% recyclable and Zero UV emissions.
